I have created a template for an activity report.  Each individual employee needs to complete and sign their form; it’s then reviewed by their supervisor and signed; then reviewed by their manager and signed.  The standard template works great and the .csv bulk send is successful.But here is the issue: some employees cross multiple projects and have multiple supervisors, meaning: the employee completes and signs their form; then it’s reviewed by two separate supervisors and signed; then reviewed by their manager and signed.If I attempt to bulk send to everyone with enough optional signatures to accommodate the multi-supervisor exceptions, I cannot bulk send.  Every employee would need an email for the second supervisor, even if they don’t have one.Any suggestions to accommodate a sometimes-used signature field?

I have a Minor Consent Form that only ages 14-17 can use. Is there a way to use a date field of their birth date to limit entries between that (rolling) 4-year period? Eg. someone too young, say 13 or younger, or, someone too old, 18 or older cannot continue. If I cannot solely use the date field of their birthday via formula to accomplish this, is there a way that I can list 2 date fields that automatically update between that 4-year window and say something like, “Your birthday must fall between Date and Date to use this Consent Form” and tie the birthdate field in via formula so if the birthdate field is outside of that range, it will flag/not let them complete the field and stop the Envelope process. I do have Formula access to my account but am unsure of the best way to accomplish this. If someone has a different Idea to accomplish this or a variant of the process, I am all ears. Thanks so much in advance for any assistance.

I have quite a few agreements where an amendment will reduce the amount owed.  In the regular Agreement Value Attributes, I can enter a negative number quite easily by putting a “-” before the number that is being reduced.  In the Party Management section, though, in Document Details under Value, it will only let me enter a positive number, it seems.  How do I show that an amendment is reducing the value of the original agreement?

I have a number field currently that accepts all values. I want to add a validation/condition that would restrict the field to only accept positive values (values >= 0) How do I do this?

We want to Schedule Document Reminder for 100 days past current date. I created a Date variable called “ReminderDate” <%#Variable.ReminderDate%> in the workflow, and then used c# code that I found on the help site to calculate # days out past that date.  (For testing I used 1 as the number of days.)var current = DateTime.Today;var daysToAdd = 1;for (var i = 0; i < daysToAdd; i++){if(current.DayOfWeek != DayOfWeek.Friday){current = current.AddDays(1);} else{current = current.AddDays(3);}}return current; However, I am getting an error message:  Couldn't update '1/1/1900 12:00:00 AM': Not a variable, and not an xml variable.  Since this creates the date as 1/1/1900, the Schedule Document Reminder task spits out an error - “Reminder can't be scheduled in the past.”.  Can someone help out on this one?   I tried similarly to calculate an Expiration Date but got the same error, s

I am reaching out to clarify whether it is possible to download signed documents via the DocuSign API without encryption or without copy restrictions, as we need to automate the process of redacting (blacking out) confidential information** in these documents.  Our current workflow involves receiving signed documents from clients, but they appear to be encrypted or restricted, preventing us from copying or modifying the content. Great!We need to automate the redaction of specific sensitive information before distributing the documents internally.  Could you confirm:  1. Is there an option to download the document without encryption or restrictions via the API?2. If encryption is enforced, is there an official way to process and automatically redact specific content while maintaining compliance?3. I am reaching out regarding my subscription to the Standard Pro Plan, which I recently switched to after using a Business Pro trial. I understand that the Standard Pro Plan allows for up to 100 signatures annually.However, since the report combines the usage from the trial period with my current subscription, it is difficult to determine how many signature slots remain for my Standard Pro Plan specifically. Could you kindly clarify where I can find the remaining signature count exclusive to the Standard Pro Plan?

I have been trying to work with Docusign Support for over a week now to get a domain claim removed since we closed our account back in September/October. Is it normal for Docusign Support to take days to respond to follow up requests? This issue has turned into a high priority issue since it cause our executives to be unable to sign anything we’ve received and business is coming to a halt. 

Hi, I am trying to get in contact with docusign as I need to close an old account as I have recently changed my email address (and cant access the old email address to close it!) and also because they have taken 2 x memberships off me.When I have requested support, it says I need to open a case but then also says my ‘Docusign plan does not support opening cases’. Any ideas how I get in touch with someone to do this without having to spend a fortune on membership I don't need?!

When sending the data payload and docx template to Docusign, if the template contains any hyperlinks it throws error in the creation of document. Is there a way to have dynamic hyperlinks sent in the payload to be clickable on the document created by DocGen?

I am not sure if this is even possible, but I am looking for help on requiring a signature if one or more checkbox is selected for this vaccination declination form. If one is selected in the above sheet, it will automatically select it here, but I can’t seem to attach the signature to the option of one or more? I even used validation, but not sure if I missed a step to get it to work? It works for one checkbox but not if we select the other 2 and not the one that it’s technically set up for. Any one have any ideas on this?

We have one organization account with many sub-accounts. I'd like to migrate all templates of the users from on sub account to the main account. Anyone know how?

I wanted to test the new Agreement Template Builder (ATB) to create a template for bulk sending but it is not available in my demo account.I checked the sending settings page and the option to turn it on is not available. In my production account it is and I was able to turn it on but my users have been instructed to always create templates in demo version first to test if they have done the set up correctly so I also want it to work in the demo account.Does anybody know how to turn Agreement Template Builder (ATB) on in the demo account? 

I’m going through identity verification and the first step is sms verification. I can find my country code which is +383 and then write my number but when I click send it shows “Invalid number” error. I checked multiple time that the number is written correctly.

Dear DocuSign community,we have noticed the following point, which could lead to forgery of the signature: If a signatory does not open the document, but only forwards the mail itself to a person who is not stored as a signatory in the entire workflow, this recipient can open the document and sign on behalf of the person originally stored. How can this be prevented? In our opinion, this is not possible by adding a code, as this code is contained in the mail that is forwarded.Creating the highest security level when sending would be too much effort for what is in this case a simple signature process.Thank you very much in adcanve for your reply!Katrin

I’m not expecting any documents for my signature, but I just got an email that looks like it’s from DocuSign from dse_na2@bex.net   Is this legit? 

Hi, I'd like to know how is it possible that if I foreword the email with the request to sign a document that my account received to another e-mail address., this last one can sign with my name. Someone else have the some problem?

Can recipients of the Docusign email forward the email to other people for signautre?

This is a Docusign question, not a legal question. The situation: We negotiated the terms for an residential lease with a realtor. They sent it to us to be signed, which we did. I signed and my wife signed and the document is “completed” per Docusign. The landlord is “an older guy” who doesn’t do stuff online, so the realtor printed our partially executed, Docusign-completed version to get landlord’s signature in ink so it would be fully executed. Fine.Here’s where it gets complicated: when the realtor brought the partially executed document to the landlord, the landlord tried to renegotiate the terms with us (apparently, we were not negotiating with the landlord, but with the realtor, and the landlord and realtor were not on the same page). The problem: In the end, we were not able to come to an agreement with the landlord, and now there is a partially executed version of this document out there. hi, I had a user complain to me about not being able to resize or move initial fields or signature fields like she did before.  I see that ‘formatting scale’ allows the field to be adjusted between 50-100%. Is this new?  I was sure I used to be able to make these smaller.thanks  

Hello, DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce admins, I am working on building a DocuSign envelope template inside Salesforce using DocuSign App Launcher(DAL), in this template, I have a requirement to pre-populate data into the document from three sources, the source object itself, its parent record, and its child record. I could add merging fields for the source record, and its parent record, but my question here is for children, if the source record has multiple children, how does DocuSign know which child record to retrieve the data from it? Is it the most recent child record or the first created one or what?
