I have attempted to downgrade to a Free Account since Jan-2025, yet continue to be billed $15/month! I do receive a confirmation screen on the website after downgrading, and then I receive an email saying that my “order was not completed.” I am not able to find anyplace on the website to downgrade my account. Does anyone know now to stop the monthly billing after receiving a positive confirmation from the website that I have successfully downgraded to a free account?
