Does anyone know how we go about dating a document electronically once it has all been signed.  I cannot see an option to add a date at the end of the signing procedure?

When using Sign-It, it has an option to add in a person who is to date the document but we cannot see the option on Docusign?

Thank you

Hello @SDBDM,

Once an envelope is fully signed, you cannot directly modify the original signed document to add a date.

If you want the document to be dated only after everyone has signed, you could set up a signing order, and then add yourself as the last recipient with just date signed field. Once your signers have finished, the envelope will come to you so you can enter the date after all signatures are complete. If you use date signed field, it will automatically filled in the current date. You can also use a text box with validation set to date, letting you manually enter the date after the last signer has finished.
