Cannot Access my Incoives After Cancelling Subsciption

Question

I cannot get my invoices which I need for my taxes since I don’t have a subscription. They also don’t send them via email and don’t allow me to contact customer support to ask for it unless I pay.

THIS IS ILLEGAL - you must provide invoices for TAXES.
In Europe people need the invoices for taxes.

Hello Docusign - please send them to me for JAN + FEB by today - I need them today.

Please change that feature ASAP.

I sincerely apologize for this.Unfortunately, only customer support can send you a copy of your invoices. But the good thing is, you can still open a case following the workaround below:The workaround for creating a case is to usethe bottom part of the page, which allows you to submit a case without logging in to your account.
