I cannot get my invoices which I need for my taxes since I don’t have a subscription. They also don’t send them via email and don’t allow me to contact customer support to ask for it unless I pay. 

THIS IS ILLEGAL  - you must provide invoices for TAXES.
In Europe people need the invoices for taxes.

Hello Docusign - please send them to me for JAN + FEB by today - I need them today.


Please change that feature ASAP.

Thank you for reaching out and welcome to the Docusign Community! I understand that obtaining a copy of your invoice is crucial for you, and the option is not available, as well as contacting Support, as you have a free account. I sincerely apologize for this.

Unfortunately, only customer support can send you a copy of your invoices. But the good thing is, you can still open a case following the workaround below:

The workaround for creating a case is to use the bottom part of the page, which allows you to submit a case without logging in to your account. Link: Get Support

Thank you! Please tell them to implement this feature - I know no other company that doesn’t provide invoices on account nor via email and makes it impossible to access.

I’m really sorry that you are having a hard time creating a support case. Here’s the workaround I highly recommend so you can create a support case for your billing issue and be prioritized, even if your account is now free. Kindly follow the instructions below.

Please log out and go to “Get Support” page.

Scroll down to More support options then from there it will allow you to open a case without logging in to your account.
Click “I need a copy of my invoice” and provide other details.
