Hi
Looking at imbedding T&C’s into a document but once the document converts to PDF the T& C’s are unable to be opened and read. Is there a way around this ? or would these need to go as a separate upload ?

Thank you for getting back to me. Similarly, when converted to PDF, embedded files will also be removed when you upload the Word document directly to Docusign, as it gets converted to PDF in our system. Docusign eSignature currently does not support embedded documents. I sincerely apologize. However, we always welcome feedback that can enhance our users’ experience. We invite you to share your product ideas and feature requests on our dedicated ideas page (https://community.docusign.com/ideas), where we can work together to shape the future of our product.
If the embedded documents don't require a signature, you can upload them separately to Docusign as additional documents to your envelope. This can be done by considering them as Supplemental Documents, where you can specify Supplement actions for recipients. (Recipients cannot change files)

I see that when the Terms and Conditions convert to PDF, it cannot be opened and read. Rest assured, I will make my best effort to help you and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
To better understand the situation, could you please provide a step-by-step description of what you did before the issue occurred? If you have a screenshot that could help illustrate the problem (without any Personally Identifiable Information), that would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for the late reply,
When i imbed our T & C’s into the documents whist still in word they are still able to be opened and read but once the document is converted to the PDF the T & C’s are no longer able to be opened and the T & C’s just become a little picture of the file, see attached,
i was wondering if there was a way the T & C’s could still be imbedded to the PDF document and be readable whilst in this format, we need the document to be in PDF format and the T&C’s to be readable. this is to prevent any editing.
