Good morning,

I have an employee that finished all docs; signed and initialed.

It says “completed” but when I go to view the docs, they aren’t signed or initialed.

Can you help resolve this?

Since your envelope was not signed in full, you will need to create a copy of it and double-check the affected Field Properties, to ensure that these have been marked as required. You can find detailed steps on how to copy an envelope and manage your Field Properties, here:

Another possible root cause (in the case that no signature field was visible in the document), is that the recipient adopted a dot or blank document as a signature. This can be corrected by setting up a minimum pixel requirement for signatures adopted during your signing sessions. This setting is available in Settings>Signing Settings>Signature Adoption Configuration. For more details on this topic, see:
