Marked as signed but no signatures showing up

Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community.  

Since your envelope was not signed in full, you will need to create a copy of it and double-check the affected Field Properties, to ensure that these have been marked as required. You can find detailed steps on how to copy an envelope and manage your Field Properties, here:

Another possible root cause (in the case that no signature field was visible in the document), is that the recipient adopted a dot or blank document as a signature. This can be corrected by setting up a minimum pixel requirement for signatures adopted during your signing sessions. This setting is available in Settings>Signing Settings>Signature Adoption Configuration. For more details on this topic, see:

I am having a similar issue.  It doesn’t matter how I download the PDF or what options I choose in Acrobat when I print, the signatures do not print.

I am on a Mac, only work on Macs.

Workaround: Use Apple Preview to Print, no issue.

There is an issue when Docusign creates the PDF that acrobat cannot print that layer.

As an aside, there used to be an issue with Acrobat (not sure if it is still is) that when someone filled out a form using Apple Preview and then sent the form to a Windows user and that user printed the form, it would display and print out blank.
