Add Document Action in workflow throwing Object not set error

Hi Team,

We have implement Docusign integration with Dynamics with client, Currently the setup is in DEMO environment as we are still in Development and UAT phase. The workflow was working fine until day before yesterday, howeever it started throwing an error at Add Documents step. Object reference not set

Plugin Trace logs has the same error as above.

Has anyone faced this issue?
