I have been trying to get help from customer care for four days. I opened a ticket, heard back, replied, and then have heard nothing from Docusign. My account was crossed with another account and I cannot send envelopes because of it. I pay for a service I cannot use. I need access to my account straightened out. Is there someone I can speak with who will actually take action.
