We have installed Docusign App Launcher in our Salesforce org and we use Docusign generate and convert REST API to generate templates and the Docusign Apex toolkit to send Docusign envelopes. We have used Docusign custom fields in our templates. Some of these are also synced to Salesforce fields for write back. For testing purposes we work with the same documents , sending it to the same test customer. On opening the email, the customer sees the fields pre populated with values, they can be the same values entered from previous tests. We do not want this to happen. Any option or setting which will stop fields from pre populating.
