When fetching envelope details based on filters using ListStatusChanges, the request contains customField as the account number and folderIds as sentitems, with include = "custom_fields" (to retrieve other custom field values).Before executing this request, we call the token API, but the token creation sometimes returns a non-successful HTTP code, though not all the time.What could be the issue? Hello, We were getting ready to “Go-Live” with our first DocuSign integration but when we went to start the process, it is showing that we don’t have 20 consecutive Api calls. Upon closer review, it looks like the “GetUsers” endpoint (list | REST API | Docusign) is registering as Failed when it cannot find a user. This doesn’t make sense because it is still a successful call is it not? We are using this to check and see if the user exists before creating the signature request. If they do not exist then we call the user Add API.  Any insights into this? Is there a better approach that I am missing? Or do we just need to get past this initial fail and run multiple more

Things I have tried so far -Define the connect configuration at the Docusign Admin to list all the events to trigger the webhook. - This approach works but it expects the callback url to be static. But I would require the callback url to be generated specific for the server environment.(dev.test.com/callback-url, stage.test.com/callback-url etc. ) Hence this is not an option for me. I sent an envelope to 3 users to sign, but accidentally typed one email incorrectly and it bounced back as a “Delivery Failure.” The first user signed, but I need to correct the second users email address. When I am on my homepage, I can see the envelope under Agreement Activity section, but when I click “Correct” to the right of the envelope, it brings me to the inbox page and I receive the message “Unable to Access the Envelope.” From the “Sent” folder, I can see the envelope, but there is no option to correct. Any ideas on how to correct this?

How to set up a team lead in DocuSign Rooms so they have access to their team members rooms? What needs to be included in a team lead role & permission & how do you link the team members to that role? Step-by-step instructions would be helpful.

Our users do not appear to have the option to create dashboards. Is this a feature available and if so how do we get them set up so that they can?  Currently they just see the standard contracts dashboard but need widgets added to it, BUT all users do not need to see those widgets.

This is the second time in 3 days that my work has been destroyed part way through constructing the document envelope.  There has to be some improvement to allow work to be progressively saved.  The first failure occurred because I walked away from my computer for a couple of hours and the software logged me out… okay, I won’t do that again. But this time, I was midstream in preparing fields for signing, initializing and text boxes when the program crashed.  What a colossal waste of precious time. I am posting this because when I searched on line for a way to save my work, I came to this forum that states the work cannot be saved.  Terrible.

Hi All,I wanted to understand the concept of App password.So normally we create a new account for each sandbox and connect it with salesforce.Later in salesforce we create a named credential and give our username and instead of our password we put in the app password generated in docusign.Should we be using different app password for different sandbox or how does it work.i have 10 accounts in the same login username. so should i use 10 different app password ?

Can I please get some confirmation on the 21 CFR Part 11 module requirements for users RECEIVING a signature request, when the receiving user does not have the 21 CFR Part 11 module.Say I am a 21 CFR Part 11 module user, and I send a signature request to a user with a FREE DocuSign account (assume their org uses a different signature platform, so no DocuSign licenses). Is the signing users signature 21 CFR Part 11 compliant, and they are forced to provide a second method of authentication as part of this compliance? I would hope/expect that it does work this way, just looking for total confirmation as i’m struggling to find a concrete answer for certain...

I have a template with three roles and the order I want to keep is:Role 1: Needs to View Role 2: Needs to Sign Role 3: Needs to SignMy ideal workflow consists of the role 1 viewing the document and only after the approval, the envelope is sent to role 2 and 3 for signatures. However, I noticed that as soon as the role 1 opens the envelope, role 2 also receives the notification.How can I prevent role 2 from receiving the envelope notification while the role 1 is still reviewing it? Should I actually set role 1 as Needs to Sign and request the consent via an Approve button? Thanks!

If a template has several documents (pages) within it and only one documents (page) needs to be edited (i.e. replaced) or another needs to be added in the middle of the template, how can I make that change without losing all of the other pages fields that were already assigned? Example: I have a 50 page document that I have assigned all fields within all pages. I have to update one page within this document, how can I do that? It is letting me remove a page, but not add one. Further, I do not want to have to start all over and reassign all fields if I add a page within the entire document. Is this possible with DocuSign?

We have a payed business pro for salesforce account.Due to a realign of the used email addresses per user we decided to move a group of users from our .com domain addresses to .nl email addresses. For most users this isn't an issue, but we have now two users who have a large base of commercial contacts and these users receive docusign documents on their old .com and their new .nl addresses. This currently results in a “create a new account” message for every docusign document they want to sign and which is not bound to the active email address of their docusign account. It also results in signed documents being unrelated to our business account. How to handle this ? 

Hi Team, I want to fetch custom folder of all user(DS-Admin and DS-Sender) created under same account.While I am trying to all get folder with List API (/restapi/v2.1/accounts/{accountId}/folders?include=envelope_folders,template_folders,shared_tempalte_folders ) with this I am only getting admin folders. Please provide any solution to fetch list of Folder. Thanks,Sneha

Why do I need to sue DocuSign in order to get an envelope history that I am a part of and my signature was used fraudulently?Why is CS and  legal so evasive?Doesn’t anyone know that not honoring the TOU agreement and production of documents will be a complaint filed with the FTC, SEC and consumer protection regulators?I have been trying to reject all contracts made using DocuSign because of their lack of compliance with TOU(If you are part of the document and a signature is contested, I am entitled to the envelope history)I will be including DocuSign as the facilitator in a fraudulent transaction and requesting a subpoena that DocuSign must comply anyway and now will be asked to pay legal fees and potential sanctions and any judgement sent to the proper regulatory agencies.   

I added some users because in a web search I got information suggesting that the DS Senders permission allowed people to send but did not allow them to sign. It appears this information is not correct.How can I remove the ability to sign on users. We have a scenario where only 1 person is supposed to be able to sign. But a handful of people need to be able to send envelope out for signature.

A few years ago I was able to upload PDF documents and create a template that I could send to people and have them complete the form.  Apparently changes have been made and pdf is no longer a supported document format. What is the best way to create a template that I can send to people such as an onboarding form that gets used frequently.  

Which plan contains the ability to do embedded sending and signing? I assume all esignature plans allow the use of all API methods. Based on the plan and pricing page it is only included in the Enterprise tier. Thank you.

we send two different templates from the same email/account and we want to organize the envelopes by template sent in the inbox so that you can see the canceled, completed, in progress,... of each template. How can I create these 'folders' so that they are automatically classified? Can I see them in Outlook if I have the mailbox available?
