We're sending contracts to our clients and want the date to be automatically applied alongside their signature, without requiring a separate date field. How can we achieve this?We explored the ‘Signing Settings’ option in the admin portal but couldn’t find the "Show signing date in signature" option. Could this be related to our subscription plan, or can it be enabled by requesting support?

Hello everyone!At our company, we are experiencing difficulties with Docusign cookies when signing documents.We have already conducted several tests on different laptops and browsers, allowing all possible cookies. However, the message regarding permission or rejection of cookies continues to appear for each document to be signed.We sign many documents daily, and this problem is impacting our workflow.We would like to know if anyone else is experiencing the same problem or if they have any suggestions to resolve this issue.Thank you for any help or advice you can provide!

Hi all,I am setting up document generation template in CLM and am running into an issue where multiple blank pages are included in document generation.My company utilizes a Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) agreement format. In our document generation, the MSA is always generated, and SOW’s are generated based on user input in the intake form. Each SOW is unique, and is pulled into generation through merge fields throughout the master document. In order to number our documents correctly, we have inserted page breaks and section breaks throughout the document. So, for sake of demonstration, our template generation document has the following format:MSA[conditional select SOW 1]page break - section break[conditional select SOW 2]page break - section break[conditional select SOW 3]page break - section breaketc.The issue I am running into is when a user generates an agreement and

I was wondering if anyone else figured out how to make the assignments “Resolve Comments” to show up in TASKS in Salesforce.  We created an @task assignment by adding comments on the landing page in Document Preview and assigned it as a task.  This generates emails and shows in Tasks in DS CLM but does not show in Salesforce.  Should I be doing something differently?  Most of my users are SF users, so this would be great if it showed there too.  

Does anyone know how to shrink or hide the task panel on the left hand side of Document Preview?  Is this possible from the user’s end?  I know you can hide/shrink the comments/attributes/etc. but I can’t figure out how to shrink/hide the lefthand side of the screen.  Is this a setting or does it not exist?  

Hi, I installed the Docusign Apps Launcher and eSignature for Salesforce product yesterday in Salesforce. I successfully connected to Docusign via Salesforce... I see the Apps Launcher record in Docusign Connect. Things look fine, however, I'm unable to create an envelope template from Salesforce. I'm getting a "You are not authorized to access the envelope." error when I try to create a template. I'm the admin in both Docusign and Salesforce. I have all permissions that I can think of. I have an envelope that has been completed. On reviewing the document it appears that one of the recipients ‘signed on paper’, however, I cannot see their signature in the execution panel, nor does it appear on the Docusign Certificate of Completion.Has this happened to anyone else?Has the document actually been signed in full?

Why do i not see my preference page now. I want that page to set the account as default. Spent a good amount of time looking for an answer to this but can’t find one.I have Admin access.Have a csv with data that populates all of the data no problem for contracts to be signed. Attached.I wanted to add the EmployeeID and have that pre-populate for the Employee. The same as their name and email does.I’ve created a Document Custom Field called EmployeeID and can add this to the document but it doesn’t populate the data.Tried all the different Field Types in the Document Field but none seem to work. Where possible, I’ve marked them mandatory or read only.We’d also like to populate the address and other data as well if we can get this working.

I am looking to input a text field for customers. I want them to be able to put in numbers with decimals, between a certain target value and 100. In this case, lets say 3. The issue i am running into, is that docusign is recognizing only the 1st digit in the sequence, and so while answers like 35, 62 and 90 are accepted, answers like 12 and 29 are not. I would like docusign to recognize double digit numbers, while still adhering to the lower end threshold.Here is the formula i currently have, any advice would be greatly appreciated. ^(?:[3-9]?\d(\.\d{1,2})?|100(\.00)?)$ 

I invalidated an envelope, because this person keeps receiving reminders from docusign, which is not needful anymore. This person still receives reminders from docusign. Why isn't this canceled? And how can I make sure docusign stops with sending these reminders? See the printscreen below, which says that the envelop is invalidated at 19 januar 2024. 

I’m looking into the possibility of merging together two (or more) server templates into a single PDF; currently I’m creating envelopes through Python and using Composite Templates. Has anyone created a form that staff on your team fill out (via dropdowns and free text), sign and send to a third party? What is the best approach to do this?  

Hello theres, I have received an agreement via email, but i accidentally adopted a incorrect signature and could not change it. Every time I refresh and try to sign the agreement, it will stick with the incorrect one. Are there any way I can do to revise it on my end or I have to ask the sender to re-send a new agreement? Much appreciated!

We licensed DocuSign Gen and installed the Apps Launcher for Salesforce. We are following the Administration Guide to connect the Salesforce Production Account with DocuSign. When setting up the connection, we are presented a list with different DocuSign "Accounts" (we use one per legal subsidiary) and have to pick one. However, the users who will be using DocuSign with Salesforce are coming from various different subsidiaries and I can't seem to find further information on how we would achieve the connection from one Salesforce org to one DocuSign Company account with many "sub accounts" or Accounts. Can anyone help here on this community? Thank you!Benjamin

I Downgraded my docusign account from a paid account to a free account over 6 months ago - but am still being billed monthly. Every month it tells me “downgrading to a free account after...” the last date of the month is listed - but then it automatically re-subscribes for another month.I tried to contact support, but cannot open a ticket. The chatbot is unhelpful.What can i do?

I am referring to the IAM Core - Professional Edition plan.In our case, we intend to use the Salesforce Extension App along with Maestro. Do we need to purchase the DocuSign Salesforce Connector add-on ?

My manager and I send numerous legal documents externally for completion and signature return via DocuSign on a quarterly basis. We first draft, compose and complete the Word version templates, then upload the templates to DocuSign for usage. We tag the document custom fields properties (e.g., data source) and use bulk send (e.g., csv open file format in Excel).  After we approve the final documents and package for transmittal via DocuSign, we would like to have the ability to download and save the “incomplete and unsigned” documents (prior to sending to individuals for their completion and signatures) in our internal PC system. We are both unable to solve and complete this simple task and seeing if the DocuSign Community can assist.  Any advice and direction will be much appreciated .   .   

I need to get a completed envelope URL so that recipients can see the envelope of the generated documents. How can I generate that URL?The envelope arrives by email and when they finish it, a completion email arrives where they can see the signed documents. Is it possible to deactivate that notification?I need to deactivate it so that I can generate the envelope display URL and, through that, recipients can see those signed documents through that URL. Can any of those be done?Something else I want to clarify is that signed documents can be seen without having to log in to DocuSign.

Hi forum.We are moving company and had our service agreement with docusign ending at the end of January.  We planned to re-subscribe in a month or two but in the meantime I decided to downgrade to “free” until we could re-subscribe at that time.Despite my having moved the plan to free a few days prior to the renewal date I was charged the full renewal amount.I noticed this, went into my account which still showed as the Freemium… no billing at all showing for these  new charges.I sent in an email to their support about it and got an email back saying “no problem, we will issue a refund for the whole amount and it may take 10 business days.”Today I noticed another pending charge for the whole subscription renewal amount, again, so I have now been charged twice for a subscription renewal that I actively did not sign up for. I sent in a message.   The same person responded, ignored my question about the second cha

Hello everbody, We use DocuSign for business purposes to our full satisfaction. To allow users and administrators to log in, we use SSO (Single Sign-On). However, our certificate has expired, and we can no longer log in to renew it.A ticket has been created with DocuSign, but unfortunately, we have not received a response, and we have been unable to operate for a week now.Is there anyone who can provide us with a backdoor or upload the new certificate? This would be extremely helpful for us.
