For efffff’s sake, Docusign! I have a free plan. I send maybe one Docusign a month. So I sent one last month. The other party signed. But every time I try to sign I get a blank page. There is no support email or phone number or platform, it seems, for free users. Which makes me NEVER want to pay for anything related to Docusign. I need to get this one agreement signed and completed. Then I will never have anything to do with Docusign ever again. How can a SaaS company have zero customer support options? Ridiculous. Please let me know who I can contact to get this issue resolved.

Paid account users can Open a case in the Docusign Support Center while free users can utilize the Docusign Support Center for self-service assistance.

When I go to my agreements, I see one on top that has the button to Sign (the other party already signed). I click Sign and it just opens nothing. However, as soon as I took a screenshot it actually opened and let me sign. Ridiculous. I expect to have a need for a paid subscription for an e-signature platform, but it will likely not be Docusign based on the glitchiness and lack of support options. Really dissatisfied.
