Other signers being notified throughout the process

Question

Hello,

Right now we have a process where documents may need to be signed by anywhere from 4-18 individuals. We leverage a webform with dynamic fields to accomplish this. However, the individual who is initiating the form and passing it onto the remaining signers has no way of easily knowing where the document is in the process. These individuals would like to be able to check and follow up with where it is in the process, who needs to sign, and when, etc. There is no visibility into the process. Any recommendations on how we can create more visibility in the signing process?
