Hello,

 

Right now we have a process where documents may need to be signed by anywhere from 4-18 individuals. We leverage a webform with dynamic fields to accomplish this. However, the individual who is initiating the form and passing it onto the remaining signers has no way of easily knowing where the document is in the process. These individuals would like to be able to check and follow up with where it is in the process, who needs to sign, and when, etc. There is no visibility into the process. Any recommendations on how we can create more visibility in the signing process?

According to the article Limitations and Considerations for Web Forms, under sending,

  • Is it possible to have various customers fill the same document?

    Yes, Web Forms supports multiple signers and recipients, but only the initial signer can fill out the web form. All additional signers/recipients go straight to the signing experience to provide their input and sign the agreement.

You can also use a regular envelope with signing order.
To change the order, enter new values in the routing order boxes.
