Im integrating eSignature API using ASP .NET web api core and getting the below error after deploying it on our test site.  My test server supports TLS12 and I explicitly set it for http client handler in my api for DocusignClient.   Monitored the traffic using Wireshark and I could see my test server sends hello handshake, but I do not see the hello handshake from Docusign server, Any leads to resolve this issue greatly appreciated. Does re-sending an envelope subtract from monthly envelope allowance?I have a limited number of envelopes per my subscription and need to keep track of this.

I have a user who was able to rotate a page of an uploaded PDF document until Jan. 13,  2025.  After that date, when she attempted to rotate the page she received the “Document cannot be edited” error message.  I have worked through the troubleshooting options I could find with this user and she is still having this issue.  Did something change recently that would now be causing this error?  Any ideas on how we can resolve this?

I have a flow to create envelope, add doc, add recipient, tag (as needed) and send. When I log into DocuSign, I have 2 accounts, a default and a group account for all the appropriate users. Since I need all users to trigger the flow, I changed the connections to all steps to reference the group account number. All step look good EXCEPT Create Envelope. This one gives me the following error: Failed to retrieve dynamic inputs. Error details: 'The dynamic operation request to API 'docusign' operation 'GetCustomFields' failed with status code 'BadRequest'. This may indicate invalid input parameters. Error response: {"errorCode":"USER_DOES_NOT_BELONG_TO_SPECIFIED_ACCOUNT","message":"The specified User is not a member of the specified Account."}' I’ve tried creating a new connection and it is still upset. Any help is appreciated. Thanks :)

Does anyone know if there is a way to remove showing signing location from DocuSign Agreement details if a signer has opted-in via their browser to share location information? I understand in those cases people with access to the agreement details can see on a map a physical house address.  Some staff are concerned about their privacy and there are conversations happening re: over-collection of personal information for the business need.  To clarify, I am aware how to turn location off with advanced branding/resource file and this is not what we want to do. I am specifically asking about the option to view signing location when in DocuSign | Agreement details. We are ok with IP location, not this additional information. Thank you! 

Hi community,I need some help with the Go-Live process. I’m trying to get my Integration-Key into production since round about a month. There is no problem with the automatich review (20 successful API calls, no polling). But there seems to be some sort of manual review when I try to promote the Integration-Key to a production account. The first two times I tried it took 10-14 days and in the end the review was declined. Today I created a new Integration-Key and tried again and it got declined within a few hours.I actually have no idea why the promotion is declined. I didn’t get a mail or any sort of information about the decline.While waiting for the promotion the first time I created a support ticket with our production account and I was told that there is no support on basic API plan.So what are my options? Currently we’re paying for an API plan that we cannot use.Best regards,Dominik

I had a client complete and sign a document through DocuSign that included some sensitive information (SSN, etc.). When he executed the DocuSign, he received a confirmation e-mail from DocuSign with the completed PDF attached to it.  He is now concerned that his information could have been compromised by the PDF being attached to the autogenerated confirmation e-mail that he says “wasn’t sent securely”.  Can someone please provide me with a response to the client to reassure him that the sensitive information contained in the attachment was somehow secure?Thanks.

Hello,We recently upgraded our DocuSign eSignature App (Version 7.13.1) and DocuSign Apps Launcher (Version 6.12). Once we upgraded DAL first, one of our users started experience issues. The user is able to send the document from the application object but none of the documents write back to the DocuSign Status object. However this functionality works for every other user in the org that sends out applications. This user has the same profile, permission sets as everyone else as well. We have had tickets with Salesforce and DocuSign and nobody knows why this one user doesn’t have their documents write back. I can also confirm the documents are being sent because he’s able to see them in the DocuSign website.If you have any ideas, I would love to hear them, pretty please! :)

We have created eSignature template in Salesforce. I was granted DS Admission Permission for creating templates After template creation is completed and tested, I should ideally be assigned the DS Sender role in DocuSign. However, after this change, I lose access to the DocuSign Apps Launcher entirely, despite having the correct DocuSign Salesforce permissions. Is DS Admin Permission required for sending envelopes?

We then have another flow triggered when the envelopes are completed to pick up the returned data to push back into dataverse. When using the action ‘get document tabs from envelope’ the tabs that are checkboxes do not return a value. Question about the Review and Continue message with Web Forms.We would like to remove the form owner’s name from the content of this message.  Is there a way to do this?  The signed form is being cc: to a generic Olmsted County mailbox.  The owner understands that she must create a rule in her Outlook to file away the copy of the signed form that she automatically gets as the owner.  Since the link to the form is on our public website we do not want the public to bombard Jamie with phone calls.  Jamie is just administering the department’s DocuSign templates and forms.   

We have a form that managers need to fill out.  Once they fill out the form, then their employees must read it and sign it.  I want the manager to be the only one to be able to fill out the form.  I want the employees to be able to see the filled out form but not be able to edit any of the information.  I just want them to sign it. I tried using Powerforms but I can’t seem to get the workflow that I want.  I set up two roles as recipients (manager and employee).  I go to the URL and enter in the manager’s credentials and fill out the form and sign it. When I go back to the URL as the employee, it wants me to enter in both the manager and employee login fields.  Plus once I log in, I do not see what the manager filled out. Thanks in advance for your help.

I have an agreement sent to customers which includes additional pages for certain states. When these additional pages are in the document, a second recipient needs to sign these pages (in addition to the recipient1) How do I include the additional recipient (recipient2) only for these states so they get the documents to sign only when they need to. For the other states only 1 signature is needed from recipient1 ex.Document has no Annex C in NY and only recipient 1 needs to sign the document The same document has Annex C in NJ and recipient 1 needs to sing the document and the Annex C and the recipient 2 needs to sign Annex C-- mrB 

Hello, I’m trying to use the docusign rest api to create a signing url from a pdf. The problem i’m encountering is no matter whether i sent up a placeholder recipient or use a template to have a user create their own envelope they can sign i get auth blocked. the reason why i’m doing it this way is that A. users in my app may not have a pre-existing docusign account and i don’t want to add a cascade update for all event documents when they make one B. i don’t want our app to keep having to use the hosts docusign account to add people as recipients. all i need is a solution that opens a signing event in a url and the host can get those signed documents

My credit card has been billed by Docusign in January 2025 and I would like to know why? No Docusign service was recieved, at all.  I am on Freemium after downgrading from a subscription plan in October 2024.  No invoice for the January 2025 bill was received by email and no invoice for the amount taken of the credit card shows in the “Billing History” section as the “Billing History” section does not show.  I have tried to raise a support case but there is no means of doing this.  I also tried to contact Sales but the menu options on the telephone call did not provide a solution.  I am met with a rabbit warren of menu options and would rather speak to someone within your company as I am being billed yet not receiving a service.  It is totally unsatisfactory.
