Hello theres, I have received an agreement via email, but i accidentally adopted a incorrect signature and could not change it. Every time I refresh and try to sign the agreement, it will stick with the incorrect one. Are there any way I can do to revise it on my end or I have to ask the sender to re-send a new agreement? Much appreciated!

We licensed DocuSign Gen and installed the Apps Launcher for Salesforce. We are following the Administration Guide to connect the Salesforce Production Account with DocuSign. When setting up the connection, we are presented a list with different DocuSign "Accounts" (we use one per legal subsidiary) and have to pick one. However, the users who will be using DocuSign with Salesforce are coming from various different subsidiaries and I can't seem to find further information on how we would achieve the connection from one Salesforce org to one DocuSign Company account with many "sub accounts" or Accounts. Can anyone help here on this community? Thank you!Benjamin

I Downgraded my docusign account from a paid account to a free account over 6 months ago - but am still being billed monthly. Every month it tells me “downgrading to a free account after...” the last date of the month is listed - but then it automatically re-subscribes for another month.I tried to contact support, but cannot open a ticket. The chatbot is unhelpful.What can i do?

I am referring to the IAM Core - Professional Edition plan.In our case, we intend to use the Salesforce Extension App along with Maestro. Do we need to purchase the DocuSign Salesforce Connector add-on ?

My manager and I send numerous legal documents externally for completion and signature return via DocuSign on a quarterly basis. We first draft, compose and complete the Word version templates, then upload the templates to DocuSign for usage. We tag the document custom fields properties (e.g., data source) and use bulk send (e.g., csv open file format in Excel).  After we approve the final documents and package for transmittal via DocuSign, we would like to have the ability to download and save the “incomplete and unsigned” documents (prior to sending to individuals for their completion and signatures) in our internal PC system. We are both unable to solve and complete this simple task and seeing if the DocuSign Community can assist.  Any advice and direction will be much appreciated .   .   

I need to get a completed envelope URL so that recipients can see the envelope of the generated documents. How can I generate that URL?The envelope arrives by email and when they finish it, a completion email arrives where they can see the signed documents. Is it possible to deactivate that notification?I need to deactivate it so that I can generate the envelope display URL and, through that, recipients can see those signed documents through that URL. Can any of those be done?Something else I want to clarify is that signed documents can be seen without having to log in to DocuSign.

Hi forum.We are moving company and had our service agreement with docusign ending at the end of January.  We planned to re-subscribe in a month or two but in the meantime I decided to downgrade to “free” until we could re-subscribe at that time.Despite my having moved the plan to free a few days prior to the renewal date I was charged the full renewal amount.I noticed this, went into my account which still showed as the Freemium… no billing at all showing for these  new charges.I sent in an email to their support about it and got an email back saying “no problem, we will issue a refund for the whole amount and it may take 10 business days.”Today I noticed another pending charge for the whole subscription renewal amount, again, so I have now been charged twice for a subscription renewal that I actively did not sign up for. I sent in a message.   The same person responded, ignored my question about the second charge and stated that they are unable to refund taxes (????) so they would onl

Hello everbody, We use DocuSign for business purposes to our full satisfaction. To allow users and administrators to log in, we use SSO (Single Sign-On). However, our certificate has expired, and we can no longer log in to renew it.A ticket has been created with DocuSign, but unfortunately, we have not received a response, and we have been unable to operate for a week now.Is there anyone who can provide us with a backdoor or upload the new certificate? This would be extremely helpful for us.

A former employee created a custom field integration to add the start date to a docusign agreement. I updated the Hubspot property to ACC Cohort Start date. How do I make this so it is visible in Docusign? The account/version I have does not have a “Legal Disclosure” tab under Amin?

We are receiving an error message "The envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded." What does this mean?

Hello Docusign support; I will need you guys to remove the suspension from my account immediately; I long updated and paid for a new plan on my account with a new credit card that it’s expiry is in 2028. If my clients are not able to sign the documents today because of this you guys are going to have to compensate me big time because an account cannot have 2 different plans at the same time. I already paid for a different one for the  year. Remove this  suspension from my account; you cannot extort me on a previous plan which was updated to the one I paid for.  Attached is my payment receipt for the plan I paid for  with a new credit card; which dousing already charged me for. Hello, My client has a Template and Power Form set up. They are asking me to set something up so that after a user completes\signs their form, they will be granted access to their website.This is what I have so far:I added some Document Custom Fields to the document which are meant to contain some Guids from the client’s system. These values can be used to identify the user.In the email that is sent to users, I included the Power Form’s url and appended these custom fields to the query string.This part worked fine - I can see that the custom values show up in the document.Then I created a Brand and set up the “Signing Completed” Destination URL. (The URL that I used is for a page on the client’s website.)I would like to add these same custom fields to the Destination URL’s query string so that when the user is redirected back to that page on the client’s website, I can use some logic to grab those values and identify the user.So far, if I try to include the custom values as Merge Field

Hi everyone,I've created a Power Automate flow that triggers when a contract is generated. It then creates a DocuSign envelope, retrieves the document from SharePoint, and adds it to the envelope.The flow runs under a service account, like all our flows. However, the envelope stays in draft under the service account, making it unusable.How can I automatically change the sender to a specific user within the flow (without manual intervention)?Thanks in advance!

I would like to copy a Document Generation Form from our PROD environment to our UAT environment to ensure they are the same.   I see the ability to make a copy of a form, is there a way to export it to .json  like I can for a workflow? or xml? I could not find any information in the DocuSign CLM Support information.

I calling signature API with JAva SDK.I generate my PDF with itext library and I’m able to extract the correct position and dimension of some table cells in my PDF. I pass these coordinates to SignHereTabs because signers should sign on their own table row in a specific cell.Because PDF coordinates have a bottom-left origin but Docusign’s fixed-positioning coordinates have top-left origin, I reverse my “y” coordinate by subtracting it from page size to get the correct y-from-top value. Itext and Docusign coordinates values are compatible because they both use dots as unit ( = 1/72th of inch)But I have 2 issues :1) position : signHere effective position (as given to signer by Docusign signing view on their website) is about 68 or 72 pixel too low. I don’t know what is shifting signHere tabs 1 row toward the bottom…2) dimension : though I set explicitly signHere width and height, signature are not respecting it and are too big. I could reduce signature size by setting a 0.5 scale on sign

I was charged $130.08 on December 18th. A request to sign a document was sent from my accountant.I have received this every year and have never been charged. I was forced to hit payment before my signature was returned. I never issue for originating  a signature. Have filed a dispute with credit card company because of difficulty contacting you.
