I am currently facing an issue with locating the DocuSign app on QuickBooks Advanced.

Despite reaching out to the QuickBooks Help Center, I was informed that the problem lies with DocuSign as it is considered a third-party app.  I am reaching out to seek your assistance in tracking down the DocuSign app within QuickBooks Advanced. It seems that there might be a compatibility or integration issue, and I would greatly appreciate your expertise in resolving this matter.  If there are any specific steps or guidelines you can provide to help me locate and integrate the DocuSign app seamlessly with QuickBooks Advanced, it would be incredibly helpful.  Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.

I found some information based on an old post, hopefully it has useful information to help resolve the issue.

DocuSign eSignature Connector lets you connect DocuSign to QuickBooks Online Advanced, so you can create an estimate in QuickBooks, send it to DocuSign, and track the status from either app at the same time without any extra work.

Please keep in mind that the integration works only with QuickBooks Online Advanced.

Here are some resources that you might find useful:

If you need further assistance, you can always create a case to have a Support agent work the case with you.

The new APP store in IAM might have better luck.

This is still an issue. I don’t see the DocuSign app anywhere, and I have a Quickbooks Advanced subscription. What is going on?

I am having the same issue using quickbooks online advanced.  The DocuSign eSignature Integration app is not displaying.  Was there ever a solution for this?

    Thank You

I was just given a tutorial of DocuSign and I asked specifically if there is a Quick Books Integration.  The sales advisor said there used to be, but there is no longer any integration between DocuSign and QB.
