 Hey, Everytime I try to upload my brand I get an error message. Any ideas on what i’m doing wrong.  

When a witness is to sign a document do they have to visibly witness the signer signing (say through facetime) or is the security on the computer enough to verify that the witness has witnessed the signature.

 i love using docusign but the website is terrible. I can’t find envelopes that i sent to delete them and clients are angry about harrassing emails from docusign

I sent a document to someone and they are not saying they do not have access to the sign it. It asks them instead to sign up for a free trial. Can you please advised how to proceed? Thank you in advance.

Ever since renewing my program, the documents while stating 100% size are sometimes very small, AND more frustrating the signature box, initial box and date boxes are miniscule and will not expand even though the option visibly appears.   this is causing documents to be rejected and to correct I have to use another program 

We have Power Forms that go directly to our accounting team when completed.  They are gettin duplicate copies of these completed forms.  Is this just us or is anyone else having this issue?

Hello,I noticed the following. If, in a template with a predefined subject line, the ‘Customise email and language for each recipient’ checkbox is selected and then deselected again, the predefined subject line is overwritten with the file name of the stored template. The subject line remains unchanged even if the checkbox is selected again and must be adjusted manually. The email text itself remains unchanged.

Hi!Is it possible to download signed bulk send documents all together or only one by one?

How do you change a shared contact within docusign?  The account is through my company and the wrong email address was used for a vendor.  How do I change it so that it doesn’t default to the wrong address?

A client sent a document for me to fill out and sign. There are 4 columns with 4 fields across (left to right) each column. There is a red line around the 4 boxes in the top fields. The fields below this do not have the red lines around them. It I fill out these fields, sign the form and try to send it takes me to the fields hilighted in red as an error. I cannot get the red lines to go away. BTW the red lines around these boxes are present when I first open the link and have not started to fill it out. No other fields have the red lines.  

In my DocuSign developer account, i can see the option to add a shared user and manage shared access. However, in the DocuSign production account, i do not see the option available

I know I can add/delete documents from the template, but I want to incorporate the 2023 template (with all its DocuSign form fields already assigned to the new hire) into the template. The only way I've found to "upload a template" is after selecting USE and then I don't believe I can save that envelope as a template. I'll try again, but wanted to put the question out to you all. Can someone confirm if the Decline to Sign option can be hidden under the Other Actions menu?

It’s difficult to believe this hasn’t been asked before, but I can’t find it. I need to limit signatures on a template/PowerForm to DRAW only. The agency for which I’m gathering signatures will not accept any other type of signature. It seems only an “administrator” can apply such a limit, but I am the owner of a BusinessPro account. How can I limit the Signature Adoption Configuration to DRAW only? Thank you.

Our admin has given me all permissions necessary to send bulk envelopes. I see “Bulk Send” in my left hand menu of the home screen but when I go to use the template I’m trying to send to our whole company, I do not get the option to upload bulk users. Any ideas on what the issue is?

Hi, I am trialling docusign and need to send a digitally signed doc to a service provider. I have attached my signature to a form and sent it but it does not seem to have an attached certificate of completion to validate it. what am I doing wrong?

I have multiple routing rules set up based on a dropdown value.  But, if I try to add anything to that drop down, it tells me I will lose all of my conditional logic I have set up.  That’s a lot of work for our scenario.  I’m wondering if I’m mis-interpreting the message (below)??  I find it hard to believe that I would have to reconfigure all of my conditional routing logic just to add a new value.  Can anyone supply an explanation or set me straight?Thank you.  Susan Deleting Conditional Routing ReferencesThis field is involved in conditional routing rules.  Updating the options series will remove all rules referencing it.  Do you still want to make this change?

I keep getting requests from docusign to sign a document that was not meant for me. I cannot decline to sign it since it asks for SMS verification that I am the correct person trying to sign the document. Does anyone have any advice for me to stop getting these notifications? I use docusign so I don’t want to report these emails as spam.

Hi! Is there a way to CC someone by default on all signings? For context - I assist with the coordination & organization of real estate transactions, and need to be copied on all signing events for the agent I work with. When using a template, I can pre program that to occur, but if the form used isn’t sourced specifically from that template, it falls through the cracks. We’re just getting familiarized with the Transactions tab for our active contracts, which unfortunately seems to function largely independently from the rest of DocuSign, and there is no way to share access for items within Transactions like there is for Templates etc. as access to Rooms does not seem to be available as an add-on and does not come with the Real Estate package. The agent I work with isn’t the most tech-savvy, so it’s necessary to automate things like this, and unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be an option to modify realtor forms sourced via DocuSign under Transactions the way you would a normal T

Hi! We are using Nintex and Docusign. I am trying to use Document custom field tags to capture Date Signed field. Is it possible to auto populate a date field which is 2 years prior to Date Signed custom field?I tried creating a new Document custom field with the formula AddYears(\datesigned\,-2) but it does not seem to be working.Any help is appreciated.Thank you
