Hello, We are finding that template matching isn’t working all the time for some templates. The template matching worked at one point so I’m not sure why it isn’t working out of the blue.

It’s happening randomly to different templates that used to work fine before.

If you low the matching sensitivity does the template matching work? Do you have IDR zones selected on your templates?

Hello, How do I lower the matching sensitivity? I’m not sure if I have the ability to change that setting. I do have IDR zones selected on my templates. I have also chosen Included in matching. Do matter what I try I can’t get the template to come up when I upload a document that should match.

The template matching sensitivity can be changed by going to your profile picture/initials on the top right > My preferences > Template matching. Please let me know if your were able to find or if you have the option. If lowering the matching sensitivity does not work, can you try replacing the templates document with a document the matching feature is not picking up on?: Delete or Replace a Document

I adjusted the matching sensitivity and a few of the templates work that had not been before. Unfortunately there are still templates that are not appear after I adjusted the sensitivity. I also tried replacing the templates document with a document the matching feature is not picking up on and that doesn’t seem to work either.

I’m glad to hear that some of the templates started working after changing the sensitivity. For the other ones, I recommend you open a support case so that an agent can look into those specific templates: https://support.docusign.com/en/contactSupport
