Eu utilizo o docusign para assinar documentos de maneira individual, não utilizo para outros meios e desde ontem não consigo mais fazer assinaturas dos meus documentos alegando que já utilizei toda a cota.
Eu não consigo suporte, apenas por aqui.
Há mais de 4 anos que utilizo o sistema apenas para assinar meus documentos, alguém está com o mesmo problema?

 

I use Docusign to sign documents individually. I don't use it for other purposes. Since yesterday, I can't sign my documents anymore, claiming that I've already used up all my quota.

I can't get support, only through here.

I've been using the system for over 4 years only to sign my documents. Is anyone else having the same problem?

Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community. 

Signing documents in eSignature will remain free of charge, only envelopes sent from your account will be deduced from your monthly quota. If you have confirmed that the issue persists across different networks, devices, and browsers, then the issue might be related to the way that your account is configured on the app’s back end. Docusign Support can assist you through this process, to create a new support case, please fill out the form provided below:

If you can’t open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account.", you will be able to fill out the form.
