I have closed a user’s account but recipients of previous envelopes are still receiving reminders to sign documents. The documents no longer need signing. How do I cancel all reminders from a closed account?

Have you tried to change the ownership of the envelopes and then void them? To transfer envelopes and templates between users, go to eSignature Settings and select Custody Transfer. Choose either Transfer Envelope or Transfer Template and select the items you want to transfer. Enter the user's name or email address and confirm the transfer. The transferred items will be moved to the new owner's account after the job is completed. Transfer Ownership of Envelopes and Templates Between Users
