Creating a Wallet after signing using QES

May I ask if there is a report which confirms that when a Recipient is signing using QES he actually created a Wallet? This when the envelope is not yet Completed. We have a case where in History it mentions creating a Wallet but need to be sure via a report.

Unfortunately, there isn’t an exact report stating the Wallet creation process during an in progress envelope other that the envelope history, however, there is a report that might be of help: ID Verification for Standards based Signatures Report

It is unfortunate that no report confirms whether Signer has created a Wallet and one has to see from History on every individual envelope sent. We asked DS Support however they were unable to provide us this information.

The only way one can confirm whether a wallet was created, is either by asking the signer, or by the Sender looking up the ‘history’ (which does not clearly confirm either).
