Hi, I am new to DocuSign. I am looking for assistance with applying one template to multiple documents like 100+ in one envelope for one recipient. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Depending on what you’re trying to accomplish, you have a couple options:

1.) Create one template in your account with all of those documents inside (You can add up to 120 documents in the same template) and prepare them by adding fields and one placeholder recipient.  

OR

2.) If you need to add the same template to EACH of the 100+ documents in your envelope, you can click the vertical ellipses menu beneath the thumbnail of each document and apply your existing template to them.

I am needing at add a single template to 100+ documents. So, I would need to manually add the template to all 100 files?


In that case, I believe that would be correct.  To save yourself some clicks, you can turn on Template Matching in your preferences, which will match up documents with templates you have on your account the moment you upload them, and allow you to apply the template on the spot.
