The information that shows at the end of the completed document is a Legal Disclosure that can be edited by going to Admin/Settings > Legal Disclosure: Default Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure Customization
Is that what you are looking to edit?

Looking at your instructions and your link i cant find the section for Legal Disclosure in the admin section at all i have an account with full admin. Am i looking in the wrong place?

I’m not seeing that you need a specific plan to have access to those settings. Can you provide a screenshot of the left panel available when accessing Settings/Admin?
Also, via a private message, can you provide your account number and email associated to your user?

I checked your account and it seems like the feature is not enabled, according to the plan type you have this should be enabled. Please create a case with Customer Support to have the feature enabled in the backend. As an admin, you would only need to give your approval: https://support.docusign.com/en/contactSupport
