hi,

I’ve been letting users know they need to update their email addresses, by going to the “manage profile’ option, then update email option. There is one user, who has an active account, that sees the update button but it is grayed out, not clickable.  She is VPNed in from home and I’ve asked her to clear cache, change browsers, but she still cannot update her email address.   The message she see is “this setting is locked by your admin”.  When I look at the account, I see it as active, looks okay. Where would I unlock the account ?
