Getting Docusign error while trying to sign doc which is already digitally signed.
Unable to load the document. The document needs to be repaired and that would invalidated existing digital signatures. Please repair the document, then get it signed and uploaded again
could you open the document in adobe reader or foxit reader the check the digital certificate panel. take a screenshot of this panel.

Yes, it is signed as QES. best practice is both signer sign in the same envelope. could you confirm with the sender whether this document is Signed by DocuSign or other solution. whether this envelope is completed if it is send by docusign.

Not sure about if it is signed with Docusign.
but the case is that we get documents from client which is already having digital sign, and that is completely different company. After receiving doc as our requirement we have to add another set of signatures by using Docusign using API.
