Who can set the Signature Adoption Configuration

It’s difficult to believe this hasn’t been asked before, but I can’t find it. I need to limit signatures on a template/PowerForm to DRAW only. The agency for which I’m gathering signatures will not accept any other type of signature. It seems only an “administrator” can apply such a limit, but I am the owner of a BusinessPro account. How can I limit the Signature Adoption Configuration to DRAW only? Thank you.

Bulk send CSV template not finding data fields from contract template

I’m looking to send a document to all members of staff, but some of the details within the document are different for each person (e.g. employment start date). The template and bulk send function seems perfect for this purpose, but I’m running into problems.I’ve created my template with all relevant field names (all “text”, no numbers) I go into Template, click “Use” » “Advanced Edit” » Bulk Send » Upload a CSV » Next » Download Sample CSV The CSV template only returns two fields: Recipient::Name Recipient::Email All of the fields I’ve added in the template are completely missing Can anyone help?

XAdES, CAdES or PAdES ?

Hello everyone!Public RFPs in the EU often require our offer submissions be signed using XAdES, CAdES or PAdES signatures. When using DocuSign as a normal, typical, subscribed user : what format am I using? Is it one of the 3 ? Or should I purchase additional solutions to be able to sign with one of these 3 formats? I coudn’t find clear information on this on the Help page.(To clarify : I need to sign the documents that I submit to the RFP, it’s not about signing a document that is submitted to me by someone else. So, how do I sign in XAdES, CAdES or PAdES?)Thanks for any help!

DocuSign Frame numbers - are they randomly generated?

When using the DocuSign frame on documents, are the number below the signature randomly assigned? For example, if I sign numerous documents - will the numbers below my name at the bottom of the frame always be the same? Or do they change from document to document?Please see below (the identifying signature has been removed)

Access to Envelope

Hello. We are using docusign gen in Salesforce. When adding a comment to the docusign document it is supposed to go back to the 1sender in the flow. This person is getting an email with a link to view the comment. However, this error is coming up instead. You currently do not have access to this envelope. please try again later. Any ideas why this is happening?

Unable to hide envelope ID from document.

Hi Team,I am currently using a developer account (https://apps-d.docusign.com/) to test docusign integration using REST API: POST- https://{ServiceDomain}/restapi/{Version}/accounts/{AccountId}/envelopes to create envelope. My requirement is to hide the envelope ID from document.I am passing envelopeIdStamping== false in request JSON but It is not working.If I go to Sending settings in https://apps-d.docusign.com/admin/sending-settings, then the options are greyed out. I saw multiple support article on this issue and found “To include the Envelope ID on documents, the feature must be enabled by your Docusign administrator in the account Sending Settings.But not sure how to do it. Hey guys! I have accounts that are on different docusign servers (na2, na4 and na3) I need to transfer envelopes between users of these accounts to unify the base, but I can't. Has anyone experienced this problem and had a solution?

Will Suspended Accounts Be Sent To Collections?

I was in an accident and had no income for several months. During this time I did not use my docusign account and could not pay for it. Now my account is suspended. Do I owe money? If I do will it be sent to a collection agency and alter my credit? I do not wish to use docusign any longer at least for the next few months and would like to close or pause my account. TIA.

No spaces when client opens document

The document looks fine on my end. My client sent a screenshot of what the document looks like. All the words look like one long sentence. No spaces. What do I need to do to fix this?

I am having a problem processing my documents through DocuSign. Previously, I have been able to rotate a page so that I can have a signer sign the page correctly. Today when I try to do that I am getting a notification that the document cannot be edited. I have worked through all the troubleshooting topics and am still having the issue.

Signing Document Before Sending

Is there a way to sign a document before sending to other recipient(s) for signature? I most frequently use DocuSign through the Procore integration, and follow these steps:Create the envelope and set the signing order with myself first. Click Send. Re-access the envelope via Procore or the email to sign.After I sign, an email is sent saying that I have corrected the document. At this point, the second signed can no longer access the document to sign.Has anyone figured out a solution to this issue? Many thanks in advance!!!

How to assign a witness on docusign contract

I have been sent a contract to sign by a publisher and it needs to be witnessed. Everyone else who needs to sign the document has signed it so I don’t want to mess it up by doing the wrong thing. I have signed it myself and now it is asking me to “assign a witness signature”. But there are no instructions how to do it and when I click on that field it looks like I am going to sign it again myself, instead of my witness. Could someone please explain the correct procedure? Thank you.

If I send someone a docusign to sign, does it automatically show the date? If they print the docusign as a pdf, does the date show? Or is it all dateless?

We signed a contract a couple days ago and we have a question and the sales rep has now ghosted us and does not return any emails. I can’t find a support phone number to call. Can anyone help us get in touch with someone at this company that will assist us with our question. Hello,I would like to disable the ability to download the Certificate of Completion from DocuSign account.Please note that I am not referring to the CoC attached to completion emails. I mean the ability to download it for the signers.The reason why I want to do this is that the CoC includes information such as the email address of the signers; in our context, we send envelopes to two counterparts and we do not want that they see each other’s email addresses.Thanks,Gianfranco

hello. i need to change some email addresses that i use each week. by that i mean, i send iout the same things every week to approx. 45 people. some people have changed their addresses but i can’t find an option to edit email addresses that i have stored in docusign that self populate when i out peoples names in.i’m losing my mind having to re-enter addresses every week for people who have changed their email addresses. thanks garnet

Cannot Create Powerform from Template

I've created a template to be used in Power Forms, but when I click on the three dots on the far right, the option to “Create Power Forms” doesn't show up, unlike with my other templates. I've tried deleting all recipient fields, I’ve also tried adding just a Role, but it still doesn't work. The template is currently set to "Needs to Sign" with no advanced settings turned on. What am I doing wrong? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
