We're sorry that your preferred font is no longer available. There was a recent update on the supported fonts lists to improve rendering  Docusign eSignature 25.1.02.00 Release Notes: May 2025. However, if you want to preserve fonts in an uploaded PDF or Word document, you can embed fonts directly into the PDF before uploading it, as stated in the article: Updates to Supported Fonts in Sending and SigningMoreover, you can submit this suggestion to our development team for possible implementation: Submit a feature request. That’s where ideas from Docusign users like you can submit ideas to improve Docusign’s features, and where you can also support and vote on ideas from other members.
