I am having trouble with a power form. It’s a tax form that we require and I updated it for 2025. The url worked fine before I swapped out the background pdf. Everything looks ok on the back end and boxes are all matched on the form, but when we use the url I get an unfillable pdf.

Since the form appears unfillable despite everything looking correct on the backend, I recommend creating a new PowerForm link from the updated template. This ensures the latest version of the form — including the new PDF and mapped fields — is properly reflected.

To do this:

  1. Open the updated template in DocuSign.

  2. Click Create PowerForm.

  3. Generate a new link from the template and test it.
