Hey,
Despite multiple attempts to cancel my account through your system, I have found it deliberately difficult to do so. This practice appears intentionally obstructive and constitutes a deceptive business practice and no it’s not a Free Account.
I have already filed the GDPR request to have my account information removed and tried several times to remove my account. Please do not direct me to FAQ instructions on how to remove my account or downgrade subscriptions etc.. as I have already gone through those steps. I am the account admin so I am able to access the information but due to features you have in place to make it hard to remove/cancel subscriptions as well as remove my own account.
So my question is where do I get my account removed that actually works or my subscription cancelled before I escalate this case further.
