I have a csv file that has 37 different people with addresses, emails, phone number, typre of boat, lease date and etc that I would like to match to the text fields on contract template I have created. In reading from the knowledge base regarding bulk send, Docusign will only let me use a predetermined set of columns.

 Or I need to know how to do myself if possible. I need help so I can get this contract completed. I cannot delete that second signature! It has our company personnel's name to be signed as the second signature already, but I guess he didn't pay any attention to it and signed it anyway.  Can he correct it on his end???

Can I edit an existing template?

We have 4-5 signers reviewing and signing a document. One of them is an external party. After the external party signs, we don't want the entire envelope (which includes internal documents) to go to the external party. We don't actually need the external signed to get a copy at all. Is it possible to limit the completed copies that seem to get sent out automatically once the envelope is completely signed?

I am being told on the Bulk Upload, Replace Recipients - "An error occurred in uploading the CSV file. Verify the format is correct and retry." The file is in CSV format. I'm a Sender.

Are all items that you DocuSign available for you to see or are there times that you may sign something but there is no record under "manage"?

I have one envelope with 3 documents inside. Each document has the same signers, however the first document gets completed prior to the other documents getting signed. Is there a way to sign this first document within the envelope and submit it? Then the recipient of the envelope can sign the remaining documents and submit them as they complete the tasks within them (for example a month or two down the road)?Thank you

Can a manager sign on behalf of his client?

We are sending out documents that need to either have yes/no checked, is there a way to integrate this? When using the checkbox option it does not state "required" I've also tried using the "approve" icon but when returned signed it does not display.

Is it possible to allow multiple DocuSign accounts access to an envelope via the API? We want to send an envelope and also allow a DocuSign user from a different company to manage the envelope. We will be creating and paying for the envelope but have other companies that want to use embedded signing and make changes to the envelope through DocuSign's API. We do not want to give the other company/DocuSign user's access to our entire account, just specific envelopes. Ideally, we could pass in DocuSign account/user ID's with the API request so they have access. Thank you

I want to be able to confirm and review the text written on a docusign before it being officially signed by myself.A signer can write whatever they would like in the open text box then sign it, I want to be able to have them write in th text box, sign it, then submit it back to us for review.My signature is already on the docusign template document fyi.

Many of my signatories are signing on the fly when traveling. Having to key titles, names, etc. each time from a phone is a pain. Can you save or pre-populate that information so the don't have to fill in the blanks each time?

I have a template for four signers. Signer 1, Signer 2 and Signer 4 are known. However, Signer #2 needs to provide the email address to Signer #3 based on how Signer 1 completes the form. Since there is no routing logic available, what is the best way to handle?Example: Signer #1 (student) submits form to Signer #2 (instructor). After reviewing signer #1 (student) answer, signer 2 (instructor) will decide who should be signer #3 (department chair). The student (signer 1) would not know this information. Signer #4 will be coded into the template as it's the final stop for all forms.

Background Info:I have a DocuSign PowerForm embedded on my application through a button. When a customer clicks the button they get redirected to a Powerform where all their information gets pre-filled from the application so they can just sign and enter sensitive information.
