How do I create one document that needs to be completed and signed by multiple people with their individual information?

I have a registration form that needs to be completed and signed by each individual person and sent back.  I want to be able to send it to a group of people, or is there a way to generate a link to the blank document/template that I can send to each person? I need to have each document saved with each persons information, not something that collects all the information and puts it in one document.  Thanks!

Well you actually have a few options....but this is based on Account plan features you have

1) Create a Template and send an envelope to each Recipient using this Template.

2) Create a Template and use Bulk Send to send out a mass set of envelopes.

3) Create an online Template called a Powerform and send the link to each person who needs to fill out the form.

A Powerform seems like it might best fit your need, but again is a feature based on Account plan as well as Permissions in your DocuSign Account. Check with your DocuSing Admin to see if this feature is enabled and available to you. Here is more on Powerforms....
