Based on your post I think you are suggesting you have the same set of Recipients that are always assigned to an envelope, potentially in a certain order. Even if they are not in any specific order the best option is to create a Template, which allows you to Apply that over any document you upload into an envelope. You could also Use the Template which creates an envelope based on that Template. You need to have a Permission Set assigned to your DocuSign User that has the ability to create Templates and for that you need to talk to your Docusign Admin. Here is more on creating Templates....

Thank you. So only admin can create a template? I found an easier way to created the same recipients by using add from contacts. Before I was inserting them one by one. DS Admins are the individuals who can grant the permissions to Users to create Templates. As long as you are given permission any DocuSign User can create Templates.
