I have a formal name that I rarely sign and I accidentally signed my usual shortened name. I don’t see anywhere to clear the signature & redo it so all the documents being sent to me, as soon as I click on the signature it automatically signs my shortened name which is the signature it saved. I need to change it & cant figure out how.

Signatures are saved in your DocuSign Account. Login and then select the Profile Pic in the upper right then select My Preferences, then Signatures from the left panel. Here you can remove and add a new Signature block of your choosing by either selecting a preset, drawing or uploading a Signature.
