Is there a way to select all completed docs in inbox? Attached see an example

We have a use case for approval, please let me know what is the best method to do this.We are using xxxxxx and docusign platform and currently wanted to know how a signer can approve a document and once it is approved only it should be going to the another person/signer.So lets say, we have 4 signers Signer 1Signer 2Signer 3Signer 4Signer 3 needs to approve the document before it goes to signer 4.so we know, the options of approve and decline fields in docusign but when we click on approve it does not show anything when it is moved to signer 4Could you please let us know how to deal with this so that signer 4 when it is comes to signing, he should see that it has been approved by signer 3. I have had & used DocuSign for many years now. I have now sent 2 separate DocuSigns to my client, Sherri Ross, to sign & initial. Her initials should be SR, as shown before her name. The initials keep showing up as MSR. Those are not her initials. Help!! How can we fix this? Looks like a glitch to me. I have never used the initial M for her name!! Please help me!! When sending documents out for signatures from clients how do I add my own signature before sending. I know it sounds like a dumb question but have not been able to figure it out. Please and thanks.

Is QES available with "Sign a document"? Or is the QES option only available with "Send an envelope"?

When I hit finish is goes back to the signature - I can't get out of finish. There's a red box around the date but the date seems to be correct.

Hello, is there any way to control / modify the exact time that a reminder or modification is sent to a user for signing a document? i.e. I want that the users get a reminder/notification at 20.00 exactly.

I have one document that I need several people to individually sign. Can I do that with bulk send or do I have to send the document one at a time to people? I don't want 15 signatures on one document but 1 doc with 1 sig for 15 people

I want to use Auto-Fill to automatically populate subsequent fields with the same info (e.g., enter SSN once and have SSN on following documents filled in). My Data Labels are exactly the same in the subsequent instances of the field, but they are not populating with the original SSN. They are on separate Documents within a single Template, and we are sending the Template out using a PowerForm link. Thanks for any suggestions.

I am trying DocuSign for the first time. One issue jumped out at me straight away. When downloading signed documents, the filenames are changed - underscores are inserted. Is it possible to set defaults for the filenames of the signed/downloadable documents?This issue makes it difficult to use when copying the signed file back to its original save location. We use version control, so the signed version needs to have exactly the same name in order for version control to work. It is too time consuming (and prone to error) to manually change filenames back to the original.

I have several templates i use for different clients. Template A, B, C, D and E. Not all clients get all of these documents. I add A to all clients, but sometimes it could be A, C, D or A, B, E. The all require signatures from two people. so we have signer 1 Viewing Only, then signer 2 for signature and signer 3 for signature. after i have selected templates, sometimes, i get Signer 1, Signer 1(HR Viewing only), Signer 1(Signer) Signer 2(CSM), Signer 2(Signer) Signer 3(CSM). The CSM and Signer are the same person always. (See Screen shot below)When i select next, sometime i am am asked if i want to merge signatures, but other times i am not. Sometimes after i add templates the system automatically merges the signatures and only creates Signer 1, Signer 2, Signer 3. I cannot figure out what the differences are with each of the documents that create multiple signatures, all my templates only have one Signer 1, Signer 2 and Signer 3.We have multiple people using these templates, so w

I sent an envelope to a signer, their witness and someone else to receive a Copy. However, I mistyped the last email address but didn't notice. DocuSign stated that the Copy was received but it wasn't as the email address was incorrect. I only found out because the person who was supposed to receive the Copy never got it, obviously. So I went back to check and spotted my mistake. Does DocuSign warn anywhere that it cannot check the veracity of email addresses?

When I upload a document in DocuSign and add a signature field to it and then send it, I have a field called [[Data:QuickURL]] inside my existing email resource branding XML file which is populated with appdemo.docusign.com. I have a valid subdomain (x-x..mycompany.com) that is claimed by my DocuSign admin account. How do I go about getting [[Data:QuickURL]] to point to x-x.mycompany.com and not appdemo.docusign.com?I've added a custom email domain. If I set up a document to have an order for signature and one person chooses NOT to sign. Can the document be forwarded to another signer? Since the doc only needs 51% to be valid, can it be printed by me at any point once the required # have signed?

Previously, I was able to download all documents as one file WITHOUT certificate of completion. Today, all of sudden, even if I tick download "Documents" only, the app will automatically tick the other two options ("All" and "Certificate of Completion") when I tick "Combine all PDFs into one file".Now, if I want to Combine all PDFs as one file, I have to download together with certificate of completion. Anyone else experiencing this or able to come up with a workaround?

I use outlook add-in when i get a document to sign. So i click on sign attachments and it opens up a docusign window where i can then sign and then save. Prior to 31-mar, docusign return emails (After i sign) always had the original subject but after that, the subject now becomes "Please sign this document". How can i change it back? I have different ppl sending me documents for different customers and their email subject to me always have the customer and document number so i know who to route the signed document back to. Now i have no way of knowing and have to open each email from docusign to see whats the document before sending it back to the sender

I have a DocuSign account. I have a business who has sent me a form to DocuSign. In the past, the "review document" link always took me directly to the document to review and sign.Now, I am being asked to sign in to my account and then I get this error message.ErrorAuthentication ErrorThe login information provided does not match the account for this envelope. When I send a contract for signature, the person who needs to sign can forward the email to someone else, and this person can click the link change the name and initials of the person who I assigned the contract and sign. My concern is that anyone can change the name of the person and sign the document without me getting notified. I would like to know how can I disable that configuration, if someone wants someone else to sign the contract, they would need to reassign the contract and that way I do get notifications. In the attached Picture you will see and example how I sent the doc to Brian, but Alena was able to click the link change Brian's name and put hers.Hope this makes sense and someone can help me.
