I understand you would like to transfer some contracts from one account to the other.

What you are requesting can only be possible if the Organization feature is enabled and both accounts are linked to it.

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in certain DocuSign plans. Your account plan might not support some options discussed in this help topic.
