I have a signer who has changed several times the person who reviews prior to signing, so now I have multiple signatures that pop up when I type her name. How can delete all of them except for the most current signature.

Example:

Name@email/abv

Name@email/jqr

Name@email/xyz

I want just Name@email to pop up. Unfortunately, only the ones above pop up and I have to manually type the one I want.

When you signatures that pop up when typing their names, is this when you are adding them to a new envelope?

If yes, then you are referring to that person's contact in your account, which can be changed by going to:

Your profile picture/initials on the top right
My Preferences
Contacts
Search for the contacts and delete any that should not be there: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=jux1643235969954&topicId=kym1578456321134.html&_LANG=enus
