If a document has been signed with DocuSign, can it also be signed with adobe afterwards (second signature)? 

As the Document has been signed via DocuSign, the PDF is only accessible in protected view, and therefor cannot be signed with Adobe.

Does anyone know something about this?

I understand you are looking for a way to have one signature with DocuSign and another with Adobe.

Unfortunately, the option to get a signature in DocuSign and then another in Adobe will not be possible as it can invalidate the first signature, I don't think a digital signature solution supports preserving signatures obtained through a different system. In most cases, the 2nd system invalidates the digital signatures obtained by the 1st system, which is the case for DocuSign. Our apologies for any inconvenience.
