Hello dear Community,

There are several reports that can be generated in DocuSign. Is it also possible to analyze the fields that have been added to a document?

Example:

In an envelope I send a document. This document contains a text field with the customer number, a text field with a value and a text field with a quantity.

Is it possible to extract the information that was entered into these three fields?

I understand you would like a report where the information on certain fields can be extracted.

Unfortunately, no, what you are looking for is not possible using reports, however, you can download Form Data from the envelope directly, this would be a one-by-one process: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=oeq1643226594604&topicId=fsi1578456281795.html&_LANG=enus

If you want to download the form data of several documents at once, your best option would be Retrieve, however, this is an add-on with an additional cost and is only available for certain plans: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=oyh1657217277873&topicId=ktg1667856889750.html&_LANG=enus
