Reporting - Is it possible to analyze individual fields of a document?

Hello dear Community,There are several reports that can be generated in DocuSign. Is it also possible to analyze the fields that have been added to a document? Example:In an envelope I send a document. This document contains a text field with the customer number, a text field with a value and a text field with a quantity.Is it possible to extract the information that was entered into these three fields?Thank you and best regards,Meltem
