I changed her "Name" to how we wanted it to appear and kept her email the same, but once she received the package, the signature still appears as she changed it (her birth name). Do I need to void the package and start over?

I need to receive the invoices under my company name and not under my own name, and there is no way to edit the billing information in the Settings panel

I have a document that requires initials and signatures from two different parties. I would like all items signed in one document. how to do I send to different parties to get all signed on one document?

The signers for an envelope are getting an error message when they try to sign. Both signers are unable to sign. The attached document shows the error message they are getting as well as an excerpt of the envelope history which shows the failed activity.The document is large - 18 MB and 98 pages. Could that be the problem? It is my understanding that documents can be up to 25MB and 2000 pages. Is that not correct? If you have any idea why this is happening, I would appreciate it.Thanks, 

So my company has three accounts and one of the accounts , set signing order is on by default but the other two dont? Is there a admin setting for this?

Can the sender edit a document after it has been signed

I have the DocuSign extension for both Chrome and Edge. However when I log into DocuSign, I do not have the field/prompt/"Start" button to upload a document. How do I fix this?

My brokerage requires an "e-signature certificate" from Docusign for each transaction. Where can I find this?

We have some clarifications in our admin settings page , need your help to get this clarified. While setting the password rules we saw two options, can you please let us know what is the difference between these two options? > Minimum password age (0 or more days)* > Enable password expiration Days until password expires*under Envelope Delivery - Signing Settings Suppress emails to embedded signers what does the above statement mean here? Under Sending Settings Prevent users from forwarding completed envelopes  Can you please explain this ?Email Archive Configuration Please explain this new feature in simple words.Document Retention Policy - Storage Size what is the maximum our data size does docusign store in the cloud?Kindly need support for the above at the earliest.  

When he goes to put in his username and password to actually sign the document it doesn't acknowledge Dashlane. He's having to manually put it in. When he does that- it says that it is incorrect. Then- it will acknowledge it the second time (after it says that the UN/PW is wrong) and will allow him to proceed. THEN- when it comes to me- the document isn't signed- just viewed. Has anyone had an issue like this? Or have any suggestions?

I have tried to:Delete the word confidentiality from the original Word document, type it again and resave it as a PDF Reformat the header (the word confidential and confidentiality is featured in other areas on the document but only the header in one place is loosing the 'i')Put the word 'confidentiality' in a text box and resave the doc as a pdf I even did a test where I changed the letter 't' for an 'f' and the same thing happened!None of the above has helped.Has anyone else ever come across a problem like this and if so does anyone know how to fix it?

I have a transaction that involves up to 12 templates with 113 unique fields. Many of the same fields appear on multiple templates. A few of them have different routing, so I believe that means they have to be sent in separate envelopes, right? Can the data be shared across envelopes?

I have a user, internal to our company. They did not receive notification to sign. it was not in junk and out system did not block or hold the email. When i removed them from the envelope and added back, they got the email saying they had been removed but not one to sign it. When i changed them to just receive a copy they got that email. Why would they receive those and not the one to sign the envelope?

I have a document in which an acknowledgement form will need to be signed after review of the document. It needs to go to 40 individuals. How do I do this?

I would like to know the difference between the action "Receives a copy" and "Needs to view". In the first one, we inserted someone just to monitor the process, without effective action. In the second one, is an "Ok" required from the entered person?

I can't unlock one of the the 5 recipients name. I've been able to edit it in contacts. I've copied an existing envelope. But under "edit recipients" I can't change spelling of name or email...just sms number. I can't delete or replace recipient...although I can delete and replace every document.

How do I put a text field into a document that all signers can see? It seems that only the signer who is assigned the text field can see it when they are signing, but other signers can't see it until after the doc is fully signed and completed.

I have an issue where we want the recipient to auto-nav (which is set in Admin) to all fields but the navigation is not in order of the placement of fields. In other words, if I have 6 checkboxes on 2 lines, the navigation does not follow the line order. It may go to the 2nd checknox on the 2nd line and then go to the 3rd checkbox on forst line, etc.How do I set the order in which the checkboxes are navigated?

Hello, I made a template that was sent to about 75 people. I found out there was an error in the radio buttons I had set up. If I correct the template, will the error be corrected on the envelopes that I have already sent out?
