I keep getting pop-ups suggesting tools to use, such as how to edit a PDF. I don't mind seeing it once, but it constantly pops up while I'm trying to work. Is there any way to stop this from happening? Thank you! MGB

The tutorials in an eSignature account are managed on the account’s back end, and will need to be disabled by DocuSign Support.
We will gladly assist you through this process, to do so, please create a case (while logged in as an administrator) and have a Support Expert take a closer look at your setup.

If you are not able to open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." you will have the option of filling out the form or calling Support.
