One send counted as two

I am sending a single document (a template form) to a single person for them to complete fields and sign. It is counting as two “sends” every time I send it. I had 4 “sends” left and just sent the document to three different people and it is now showing that I have “-2 sends left.” This doesn’t make sense. Is it a glitch or am I missing something?

Hi @David.Schmitz, I am the only one on the account and there were no voids. Interestingly, I signed out of the account and signed back in and it now shows 1 send left which is correct. Go fiqure...

@NicoleB I would login and check your Sent folder under Manage. A few items of note….

Are there other Users on your Account that could be sending envelopes?
Did you Send an envelope and then void or delete thinking that would restore an envelope to the count? If an envelope is sent and then voided, it still counts again the “sends”
