I need to have 3 fields to be signed and need the recipient to draw sign 3 times with out it duplicating. I found a post where that option should be in singing settings in prepare view, but i do not have that option.

I am sorry to hear that you haven’t been able to find the option to make drawing each signature a requirement in your envelopes, but I will help you get to the bottom of the issue.

 

This feature is only available in our corporate plans, based on your description of the issue your account must be set with one of our commercial (web) plans.

In the case that you might already own an eligible plan but can’t find the setting, we can assist in enabling the feature on your behalf.

 

To do so, please create a case and have a Support Expert take a closer look at your setup.

If you are not able to open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." you will have the option of filling out the form or calling Support.
