eSignature

Hi,We recently issued a document to a customer to sign.Next thing we got an email to say ‘here’s your signed document’ with a link to access the completed document.However when we log into Docusign, it is still showing as incomplete, waiting for the customer to sign it. Can anyone shed any light on this?The customer in in a different region (N America as opposed to us being in Australia) would that be something to do with it?How do we get the completed version in our Docusign? Thanks all.  

I uploaded a document and sent for signature on 13 Feb to 5 signatories. On 20 Feb I checked in the morning and there was only one signatory left for signature for which I have chased through Teams.when I checked in the evening same day, document seems to be missing from the list. I can’t find it anywhere. its neither deleted nor purged and even I didn’t get any mail if it is complete. How can I find that document?

Hello,We have user who has @ DocuSign Accounts with the same email address, but different Account #'s. Ss there a way to get rid of one those accounts? I have seen a few  other related threads here but I did not see one that provided a solution for this in particular. Hello,We have a CLM template with the following logic:<# <Conditional Test=”number(//Quote_Lines_Count) > 0” /> #>Count is greater than 0<# <EndConditional/> #> <# <Conditional Test=”number(//Quote_Lines_Count) < 1” /> #> Count is less than 1<# <EndConditional/> #> The first conditional test is working well. We see "Count is greater than 0" show up on the document when Quote_Lines_Count has a value > 0. It also does not show up when the value is <= 0.However, the second conditional test is not working. "Count is less than 1" does not show up on the document when Quote_Lines_Count has a value <= 0.We tried the following too but it did not work.

I am trying to add a postal address field to a bulk send. The standard fields are populating but i can’t seem to label the field properly to pull through from the CSV, is this possible? 

A number of us are recipients of a docusign sequential multi-person form. Three of us have signed it.  The document never appears in the 4th person’s email or account.  Their email address has repeatedly been checked, the form has been resent twice. It never appears for the 4th signatory (neither by email notice or in their account “inbox”).How do we fix this?Thanks,PJS

One of our users has started to also work of a subsidiary of ours. Is it possible to have an account with 2 different email addresses/signatures or do we need to make another account for her second email? She is going to user eSignature on both emails.  Many thanks

I selected a signature for DocuSign and it worked for several documents, but now it appears scrunched and messy.  I deleted the selection and added a different one, but the issue persists. Any ideas?

I ma getting error 100 character limit when the Signer name exceed 1000 characters. Is there a way to increase the length of Signer name? Signer signer = new() {     Name = “more than 100 characters”,     Email = exchangor.Email,     RecipientId = Convert.ToString(indexSuffix),…….}

Hi DocuSign, I logged in to my DocuSign account this morning and found out that my dashboard is empty. No completed signed documents and I cannot see my 4 pending documents. I tried logging in and out to see if the problem persists. Can you please check what the issue is?  Thank you!JLA

Hello community, Just wondering how you delete unwanted initial spots you add to a document. Some allow me to click and delete, yet others i don’t know how the extra ones got there and will not allow me to click and delete?! Hailley

The use case is a signable document that I want to post on a public website (this could be like an NDA, a sales contract, or a Terms of Service).The signer would be able to initiate the creation of an envelope (which they would first sign and then I would sign, basically I would want all the usual workflows under that template to execute).

What does the hex string under the signature used for?

Hello everyone, I am using DocuSign for Dynamics 365, I have an urgent problem and I searched many thing but could not solve my issue. The problem is I have two flows that use the create an envelop step and on that we put some text on the step. Now when someone sign the document or reject that will get a completion email or rejection email that contains the signed or unsigned document, but the problem is this email is like the first mail and I want to change the text of the email. it means the start email and the completion email text are same. how can I change the text of these final emails?

I’m building a Risk Profile Questionnaire where there are multiple questions where I’m using Radio Button Groups and have a value for each selection.  How do I total up each of the values they select for each question?

Will I be able to sign a document after the primary signer has completed the DocuSign process? 

When someone sends me a document and I sign it, then someone else needs to sign it - I can not longer see that document.  I used to see it under “waiting for others”.  Is there a setting that the account manager needs to change?

When I send envelopes to @bigpond.com email addresses they fail to send. I have tried in different browsers to no avail. Is this a known issue or what can I do to get around it? 

Hello! Wondering how I lock a template before using it? I am wanting to lock the template e.g. a user will click “use template” , enter in sender/signer fields and then hit send straight away as opposed to editing the actual agreement template?  Hoping this makes sense, would greatly appreciate some advice on this!  

Is docusign legal in Italy? If so, could I have a document to prove it?

I’m needing to figure this out right away...I have tried to apply initials and signatures to my document but they are moving over very small.  I’ve tried to use my curser to expand the size but it won’t work.  I’ve tried going to formatting and it shows that  is already at 100% and it won’t let me increase the size of it any more than that.  I’m in the middle of a deal and i literally use docusign for the same document an hour ago and it was fine.  I don’t have time to submit a case Can anyone help me?

I would like my customers to receive a personalized message once they have signed the form, is it possible to do that? Thank you

  I had asked this question 11 days ago, but did not get a response.  We have someone that  is asking us the following: If I may ask, any updates with regards to the items below?   Also, have you removed/deleted all of my DocuSign envelopes?  The reason I ask is that I can still access the PDF files over the Internet and would prefer that this not be possible.  Specifically, (1) https://www.docusign.com  (2) Select "Access Documents"  (3) Type in code provided
