Hello,

We have user who has @ DocuSign Accounts with the same email address, but different Account #'s. Ss there a way to get rid of one those accounts?

 

I have seen a few  other related threads here but I did not see one that provided a solution for this in particular. Can someone point me in the right direction?

@fljoiner-UNCSO Here is a DocuSign article on closing an account, just make sure you are under the correct Account.

Also if you have any difficulties you can open a DocuSign Support case and provide the Account # you wish to close and they can do that.
