I’m sorry to hear that the recipient isn’t able to view completely the needed document, however to better understand your issue, can you provide more information?
The image attached seems to be corrupted and I can not view it, can to try to attach it once more?
was the envelope forwarded to HRBP or were they part of the signing order?
