If you are not able to open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." you will have the option of filling out the form or calling Support.

When filling in a form and using the Signer Blocks, I need to be able to see the completed doc with the Signer Blocks before sending.  It looks like if I hit “Correcting” I can do that but it doesn’t make sense to say I’m correcting the doc when I’m not--just need to see the signer blocks to be sure it’s sending properly.
