I understand you would like your recipients to get a personalized message after the completed the signing process.

There are two ways to do this, you either set up a landing page that takes them to the message after they sign or you edit the Resource files completed notification to edit the message of the email notification they get with the completed documents.

Please note that this will personalize the message after a recipient signs be it will not be unique to each recipient, this would affect all recipients that receive a document to sign from your account. You would also need assistance from your admin to set it up.

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in certain DocuSign plans. Your account plan might not support some options discussed in this help topic.
