Employee starter form looking unprofessional

I have just moved across to Docusign from Adobesign and was hopeful that I’d be able to set up forms which look professional but I’m struggling. For example, I attempted to to set the HMRC new starter checklist as template (a form I wanted to ‘convert’ into being fillable and signable online) which goes out with every offer pack. I can't get the fillable ‘fields’ when setting it up as a template to match in size etc. Has anyone had these issues or being new to this, am I missing something? Thanks Heidi

Power Form Template question

I have a power form where the submitter fills out fields for a contractor to have access to company resources. The form itself has a field for the contractor name, but it is linked to the contractor name that is initially entered in the power form signer information. The submitter doesn’t see the name in the form, but it does appear when the envelope gets to the contractor to sign. The contractor is the 3rd signer. Is there any way to get the contractor name to appear for the submitter?

eSignature Error Message

Hello, up until today, I have always used the free version of DocuSign with no problems. I ONLY sign my own documents that I prepare; I never send them via email to be signed by anyone else. I never ran into any issues with the number of documents I could sign. Since i never send them, I never had to worry. As a matter of fact, my homepage still says I have 2 sends left. However, when I tried to upload a new document to sign, I received this message: “The envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded.”. As I previously mentioned, I never had to worry about a signing limit. I’ve signed many documents in a month, sometimes over 15 with no issues. I’ve been using DocuSign since 2018. Can someone help?

Docusing has a “4-steps process for cancellation which does not work on mobiles. Also, they do not provide live support. They stole 15.99 from my credit card. Tried to reach a human for cancellation, through phone, through chat… no options. They must be sued. Please, feel free to contact me at 000000000000 to take care of this scam. How can I enlarge a document for easier reading, in an increment smaller than 56%

How can I enlarge a document for easier reading, in an increment smaller than 56% I am reading a document on a laptop. The document, at 100%, is somewhat blurry and I would like to see it larger. I clock on the + Magnifying Glass and the size jumps to 156%. Now the document is wider than my laptop screen. How can I enlarge a document in an increment less than 56% Thanks!

Docusign Matching - not above 80 %

Hello, I have a template that I can get to match for template matching at 78% using IDR. I need to get this over 80% so our users can see it as the default is set to 80%. I know i can ask users to lower their preference for matching but i should not have to. The document matched 100% before and was only replaced with a new document that added 2 lines. I have moved the IDR to multiple places and added multiple IDR to the document. Adding more IDR seems to make it worse and not better as my percentage matching goes down. I have reviewed this document already Set Custom IDR Zones Any assistance is appreciated.

Powerform problem

I am having trouble with creating a power form. Everything looks ok on the back end and boxes are all matched on the form, but when we use the url I get an unfillable pdf and I receive a ‘completed’ email notification. Please help

Signed documents are not opened by third parties

I have been a customer of Docusign for many moon as a real estate broker and this is the last year I will renew. I am very frustrated with the non-existent level of communication and service. As a large community of realtors we rely on this service a great deal. Recently you have added a feature that the documents that are signed on our end and we forward are automatically encrypted and password protected. While we never have set up this password. I have gone to the security to dissable this feature, contacted support they are directing me to places and features that does not exist. What does it take for this app to work?

Can I send in one envelope multiple documents that need to be signed by the same person but need to be saved as separate documents?

I created 5 documents, that need to be signed each by the same person. After that I need to save them separately. Can I send those documents in one envelope to the person who needs to sign them all ? And then save the signed documents separately, or do I need to send each document in a separate envelope?

The docusign document (that I need to sign) is not showing in my email… I see gray horiz. lines and that’s it, no letters, etc. Do I need an older version of docusign? I am in a Mac OS Catalina computer laptop - version: 10.15.7Does this have to do with it, or is it another reason? Thanks so much for the help. Best, Schooler

Anybody else receive this message “The envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded” after using the app and signing documents for free for years? What gives? If DocuSign is going to be cheap-O’s and start charging for electronic signatures, any advice for better apps/websites to use that won’t charge?

HELP! I can't open a case

Hello, I need the support email address to discuss an issue with my home page. I have tried for two days now and I can’t open a case it keeps sending me to this page and once I chose the service it gives me an error. Does anyone have a direct email to Docusign’s support. This is very unbecoming in not being able to contact someone immediately.

Using the "Attach" icon in a document

I am a new user to Docusign. The version I have is supposed to have the “Attach” icon symbol under the “Standard Options” when creating a template or envelope. I don’t have it. I have Business Pro, which says I can use the feature. I’ve made sure the settings are correct as well. I’ve tried chatting with tech support but I’m not getting anywhere. This is what I would like to do. I have an application that I am sending to a recipient, they fill out the application. I would like to have the “attach” icon on the there as well so they can upload documents to me...it could be one document or multiple documents. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. Can anyone help me please? Thank you!

Customization

Hi! I recently attended the Showcase, Best Practices and Q&A webinar on February 6th, where they mentioned that you can customize your account, including the colors of the screens, so that it looks more like the emails/agreements are coming from our company, rather than Docusign. I can’t seem to find this option in my account or Docusign University. Can anyone help guide me in the right direction?

Unable to Renvew

Hi I have trying to get assistance with e renewal since last week Thursday I spoke to my account manager on Friday who asked me to send some additional documents which I did. And it has been silence ever since. Apparently all of the Account Manager are in the US and I will only be able to receive support on or after the 11th of March On Monday I also logged a support case. I have requested a callback numerous times with no result. I just don’t see how this can be acceptable. In the meantime we can’t do a single thing on Docusign. And there seems to be no way of contacting anyone for escalating the case.

Can a specific user send more than 100 Envelopes per year (Standard Plan)?

I have read that there is NO technical limit to how many envelopes a specific user can send per year in Docusign Standard Plan. So if there are 3 seats with 300 Envelopes available per year, the envelopes are shared among the users and one user can send 101 evelopes if needed. Just wanted to confirm that. Thanks.

Hi there. I am a paying Customer but I receive an error message when just 7 recipients are added into an envelop. Why? Maybe my subscription has expired? However on the top of the screen, I still have one envelop available. Could you help? Thanks
