We usually send envelopes that are signed by several people. Whenever a person has signed, we receive an email confirmation.
We would prefer to receive the confirmation email with the final document only after all signatures have been completed. This setting is not yet possible. Would it be possible to implement this in the near future?

Thank you very much and best regards

Hello @ba audit gmbh
Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community!

If you are the sender and want to stop receiving notifications when the recipient signs. You can adjust this in your Preferences:

1. Log in to DocuSign.

2. Click your Profile icon (top right).

3. Select Preferences.

4. Go to Notifications (under SIGNING AND SENDING).

5. Under Sending Notifications, uncheck the boxes you want to disable, such as:

  • A recipient viewed your document
  • A recipient completed your document
  • An envelope has been completed, etc.

6. Click Save.

Note: If you want fewer notifications but still need completion emails, you can keep only the “Envelope has been completed” option checked and disable all other options.

If you found the response to be a useful solution to your question, please “like” and mark it as the best answer by clicking “Select as Best” to make it easier for other users to find. Thank you!
