Currently, Docusign does not send a notification to senders when a recipient signs a document. If you're referring to notifications when a recipient views the envelope, you can disable them from your Notification Preferences
1. Log in to DocuSign.
2. Click your Profile icon (top right).
3. Select Preferences.
4. Go to Notifications (under SIGNING AND SENDING).
5. Under Sending Notifications, uncheck the boxes you want to disable, such as:
- A recipient viewed your document
- A recipient completed your document
- An envelope has been completed, etc.
6. Click Save.
Note: If you want fewer notifications but still need completion emails, you can keep only the “Envelope has been completed” option checked and disable all other options.
