User unable to log in using SSO: Contact your admin

Hello, I have a user who is unable to log in using sso.  Profile does not show anything out of the norm.  Docusign seems to be up and running.  I can log in.  User sees error Contact your admin.  You don’t have permission to access this page.  Contact your account admin for more information.

Can you please advise the user to perform these simple troubleshooting steps?

  • Clear cache/cookies.
  • Try a different browser(s), like Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge
  • Use Incognito.
  • Try a different device

If the error persists even after trying the steps above, could you please take a screenshot and send it to us so we can check further?
