Hello,

One of my users attempted to log in and received the error message shown below. I have reviewed their user profile, and everything appears to be in order. Do you have any idea why this user might be receiving this error message?

Welcome to the Docusign Community.

I’d suggest you to log in using a different browser.

Another suggestion is to use an incognito window.

Try these two.

 

If after these two suggestions, the same issue stills happening so I think you will need to open a ticket in the support team.
